“Jack Frost Was Wonderful!”
Even tho there were lots of unseen problems he fixed everything and stayed on the estimate. I filled out the “get a quote” on their website and within 5 minutes Debbie called and set up an appointment 1 hour later. A friend referred me to them and I am so happy she did. I will be recommending Jack Frost.
“Honest with their prices and work”
Our A/C went down on Saturday and they were able to came out the same day. It turns out that our compressor went bad and they were able to replace it on Monday. We were not locals as my condo is a vacation home and we had to leave Sunday. My family trust me throughly as I gave them my security code to gain access to the unit without anyone being there. The service tech installed the unit on Monday and then contacted us with pictures of everything he had done. I’m in the refrigeration business myself so I know they were honest with their prices and work. I will not hesitate about call them again.
“I will personally never use anyone else”
We had used Jack Frost in the past with good results but decided to try another company at a friends recommendation when our unit would not start this summer. Big mistake. After replacing 2 capacitors, a thermostat, and adding 2 pounds of Freon our unit was still not working. We were told we needed a new fan motor but should really replace the unit. I called Jack Frost for a second opinion. Don came out the same day and explained everything he was doing, replaced an incorrect capacitor that the other company installed, and eventually discovered that it was only a pin on a shut off mechanism that needed to be reset. He barely charged me anything and even came out two days later to fix a wiring issue free of charge. I would highly recommend Jack Frost Heating and Air and will personally never use anyone else!!
“Don was the best and efficient!”
I called in the morning and he fit me in what sounded like a hectic schedule. He took the time to explain what he found and he rewired a thermostat that we didn’t even know was wired wrong. I briefly mentioned a problem and he went right to fixing it. I would definitely recommend Jack Frost!
“I highly recommend this company”
Owner came out mid day after being called previous afternoon. My unit was ruined, even though a different company had added freon only two days earlier and again my AC was was not working. By the next evening Jack Frost Co had a new unit in place (they worked until 7pm) and I’m still cool. The new unit price was much less than the prior company that had been to my house who wasted my money on freon and a service call and then followed up with high $ quotes that I would be needing a new unit. Jack Frost Co was fair plus I was not charged for the initial service call. I highly recommend this company.

Upstairs Air conditioning went out Saturday night. Checked Home Advisor Sunday morning, was given air conditioning contractor,called and arranged for service on Monday. Don who owns Jack Frost Heating and Air Conditioning showed up on time checked compressor determined problem and fixed it. Charges were reasonable. I highly recommend this service.
“Voted the number one in the area”
They were able to come out the same day, and were able to replace a motor that another company had said they could be replace but with no guarantee of how long it would work. Jack Frost Co. installed a new motor, with a 1 year guarantee, and for less than I was quoted by the other company. Work was doing quickly and well, and workmen were very pleasant. I would use them again.
“A truly remarkable level of service”
A truly remarkable level of service and professionalism at a very reasonable cost! Our A/C went out on Saturday and I waited to call until Monday morning. Help showed up before I finished my coffee, and he quickly found the problem on our old unit and repaired it. After 20 years in an area where great service is impossible to find, we were stunned to see it finally happened. The cost was much less than we expected, and we’ll never consider using any company other than Jack Frost for such repairs. The Home Advisor reviews were helpful in making my decision, but in this case they don’t go far enough. On a 5-point scale we’d give this company a 10.
